Cancellation and Refund

We aim to support our customers and have a flexible cancellation policy as follows:

Cancellations: Requests for cancellations are accepted within 7 days of placing the order. However, if shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Perishable Items: Cancellations are not accepted for perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food). Refunds or replacements may be provided if there is a quality issue.

Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to Customer Service within 7 days. Our team will review and address your concern.

Dissatisfaction: If the product does not match your expectations, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt for review.

Manufacturer Warranty: For items with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 days.
